It’s our biggest recruitment campaign yet and getting involved is simple.

How to Refer

1️⃣ Complete the referral form so we know who to reward.
2️⃣ Get your mate to email their resume to hr@alphacool.com.au.
3️⃣ Once they start with us, you get $1,000 and they receive a $3,000 sign-on bonus!  *T&C's outlined below. 

Refer a Mate – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to Alphacool’s Refer a Mate campaign.

• To be eligible to receive the $1,000 referral reward, you must:
  
  • Submit the referral via the online form on the Alphacool website https://www.alphacool.com.au/careers/refer-a-mate_form/ under Alphacool’s official Refer a Mate campaign.
    

• The referred person must:
  
  • Be a qualified QLD electrician or HVAC-R technician
  • Submit their resume to hr@alphacool.com.au, and
    
  • Successfully commence employment with Alphacool in a permanent role.
    
• The $1,000 referral reward will be paid to the referring person after the referred candidate officially starts work.
  
• If multiple people refer the same candidate, the first person to complete the referral form will be considered the eligible referrer.
  
• The referral reward is paid per successful hire.
  

• The referred employee will receive a $3,000 sign-on bonus once employment eligibility requirements are met (as per Alphacool’s internal HR policy). 
  

• Offer is valid until 31 January 2026.
  
• Alphacool reserves the right to amend or withdraw the campaign at any time.
